Rules are same as regular Commander/EDH except for the following:
1) The general is any creature that has ever been printed at uncommon, either on paper or through MTG Online.
2) All other cards in the deck must have been printed at common using the same criteria as above.
3) Starting life totals are 30, and the amount of critical general damage is 16.
4) There is no banlist.
I haven’t actually tested the deck yet, as I’ve wiped out my budget for Magic cards for this pay cycle on a few cards for my Patron of the Orochi and Edric elf decks. The idea for this guy is simple: drop a ton of mana rocks, cast the Guildmage, activate his first ability, and commence milling and killing. There’s also a minor defender subtheme (to help with Doorkeeper) and artifacts (to enable the few metalcrafters I have floating around).

Link to the decklist is below. Cards in the sideboard are ones I'm considering, so let me know if you think any are worth including.

Here.

So, yes. Thoughts?

Was Rewind a Common? Awesome, that cards seems absolutely amazing in Pauper EDH.

Which, you're running black. How about cards like Hymn to Tourach or Dimir House Gaurd? You round up your curve around 4, with some exceptions, so House Gaurd finds practically anything and Hymn is just an amazing -2 for the opponent where it is no disadvantage for you.

Printed at common in Urza's Saga.

And this is generally a multiplayer decklist, so I'm trying to avoid discard spells that only hit one person. They generally aren't worth the mana, particularly because playtesting this deck made me realize how much it tends to eat up in a single turn.
