Lore:

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Cyclon Laser" from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Gradius' Option Token" (Machine-Type/LIGHT/Level 4/ATK 1200/DEF 800) to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position. This token cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can Tribute 1 "Gradius' Option" monster to target 1 card on the field; destroy that target.

The NS effect isn't really useful since Cyclon Laser sucks, but I suppose existing for flavor purposes is nice and all. A 1500 piercer is pretty weak, and relying on an Equip Spell to have that small boost and effect isn't helping. The other effects in conjunction of one another are what this card is about, however. Your Gradius Option Token can serve as a Synchro Material if you have a Tuner, or you can poke your opponent with it for 1200 and then use this card's other effect. Since it's an "1/either turn" effect, and you get a Token who can serve as fodder as a 1/turn effect of the same card, this card theoretically provides you with limitless disruption by getting a free spell-speed-2 kill while you're opponent is trying to make a play. This is nice in Spaceships, but this card can also employ the free disruption as a generic tech since you can keep Tributing the Token you get for its effect.

And then there's like... the actual Gradius Option, who simply lets you make your disruption plays while also being able to pop things during your own turn for a turn. If you couldn't Tribute your Token for its effect, then the Gradius + Gradius Option (the actual one) combo would be like a Raigeki Break but with two specific cards needed rather than just the one RB, but keeps the Gradius after it resolves. This really needs to be modified to prevent the generic free disruption.

I really appreciated you for the review, but I think require a specific card (plus Gradius' option is a Nomi monster) to use that effect is pretty fair, but well I will wait for more comment

If you were going for it only Tributing the actual Gradius' Option card for the effect, then you should probably change the name of your Gradius' Option Token to something else. Currently, since the name of your Token is Gradius' Option, it counts as a "Gradius' Option" monster for your destruction effect. You don't even need to run the real Gradius' Option to use it.
