Darj
A problem I see with supporting "the Dark" monsters is that they can also support other monsters such as "The Dark Creator", Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord" or "The Dark - Hex Sealed Fusion" (there are other "the Dark" monsters out there but they are more gimmicky). I wouldn't mind "The Dark Forces" or Elvira supporting those monsters, but perhaps that was not your intention. City of Evil: It doesn't specify from where are you Special Summoning the monster. Solemn News: I think an absolute Counter like this is an slippery slope. It does have a specific condition to be activated, but with Elvira, Orin and the City you shouldn't have problems with summoning Zombyra for making this card live. Zombyra the Infinity: It has an outstanding ATK of 3000 for a Level 6 Synchro, and it comes with an pseudo-protection against Mirror Force, Dimensional Prison and similar S/Ts, but since it is archetype-specific I think it might be actually fair. I have no comments for the rest of the cards because I find them fine.
