The Darkest Hour

Hello everyone, it's been quite a while since I posted on this site! My old account got deleted due to inactivity so I made a new one, and hopefully the forums are still as fun and entertaining as they used to be!

 

Anyway, here's my comeback card! An addition to my custom-made Chaos (Light and Dark) deck, which I'm compiling as we speak.

 

 

Card lore:

 

Activate only if you have at least 1 DARK face-up monster on your field. During this turn, all DARK monsters you control are unaffected by card effects. During your Standby Phase, you can tribute 1 LIGHT monster you control to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

Wording might not be perfect, so please tell me any mistakes and feel free to critic my card! Thanks all.

This card seems a bit out there. Maybe it could at least be that they can't be targeted by card effects. But about the wording, (and I'm no expert but I think that this is right) Instead of, "Activate only if you have at least 1 DARK face-up monster on your field" it should be, "Activate only if you control one or more face up DARK monster(s)." Something like that. Otherwise the art is awesome and I like the twilight theme. Nice job!

Wouldn't it be stronger if you make it quick-play? You can activate it during your opponent's turn and that will be a big advantage for you
