Its effects are negated. You cannot Special Summon any other monsters, except Machine-Type or "Genex" monsters, during the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn: You can target 1 "Genex" monster on the field, then activate 1 of these effects; • Increase its Level by 1. • Reduce its Level by 1. This card's name becomes "Genex Controller" while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. newhat Posted February 5, 2014 Report Share Posted February 5, 2014 Genex Neutron searches this. This revives Genex Neutron. This and Neutron become an Axel, a Bureido or a Gear Gigant (who can search more copies of this). After that, if you have a Level 1 Tuner for Axel to revive, you can make Locomotion.
