Because running something in 3s is not enough (Magician of Infinite Possibilities)

The concept is to make a substitute for any level 4 monsters in your deck, though I'm still wondering if the costs and conditions are still not enough to balance this.

 

 

 

Cannot be Special Summoned, except by it's own effect. You can reveal 2 different monsters in your hand to banish this card and Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from your deck. During the Standby Phase of your next turn after you activated this card's effect, return the face-up monster to the deck, then Special Summon this banished card to your side of the field.

Now, I am no wiz at rulings, so.....if the monster goes to the grave, is it still shuffled into the deck?

And that summon at the end just says "kill this one attack blocker." I mean, it makes sense....but....

This doesn't seem that OP... Just add some clause like its effects are negated or it cannot attack and you'd be fine.
