Toffee.
Considering these could easily fill the Graveyard, you could easily make a Pot of Avarice-type of card for these. Preferably in Spell or Trap form.

Preferably in Spell or Trap form. Added a Transmigration Prophecy esque card as well as another fun card in the making. Thanks for the advice. Toffee.
If your opponent controls a monster(s) and you control no monsters, target 1 monster your opponent controls; take control of it. Until the End Phase, it is treated as a Level 3 "Chimeric" monster with its effect(s) negated.Methinks you worded this one a little wonky. The way it is currently, you take control of an opponent's monster for free, and permanently. Then, until the End Phase, it's a Level 3 Chimeric.Unless this was deliberate. To which, if it is, then it's ridiculous.

To which, if it is, then it's ridiculous. I wanted to think of a way as if you can use your opponent's monsters as part of an experiment. In the end the result was worded a little awkward and had a lame effect, so I guess that will be taken out. And I've removed the Version 1-3 with Alpha/Beta/Gamma instead. KettouRyuujin
VERY interesting Archetype you have going here. Perhaps you could include a card that prevents all players from Normal Summoning? It'd make sense, with the fact that only the Scientiest can be Normal Summoned anyways. Also, I like how you keep multiple Ultimate Chimeric Beasts off the field with that "Only one" clause, makes them much more balanced. But perhaps there could be a card that was a union of all three Ultimate Chimeric Beasts... Just a thought. It'd probably be RIDICULOUSLY hard to summon anyways. Also, couple of grammer errors, the most glaring in Draconic Heart - "When this card is sent from to the Graveyard; You can add up to 2 "Chimeric Part - Draconic Heart" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand." From where? Or is it just, "When this card is sent to the Graveyard" like with Dandylion? Anyways, I'm hoping to see more of this Archetype soon, and keep up the great work! Well I left it like that because I intended to have a Sangan/Leo/Dandylion effect so it can easily be triggered. Otherwise I'd specify where it would be sent, or there may have been other OCG errors that I have missed. And preventing Normal Summons would be too broken considering with this archetype loop-holing around that is easy. Nowadays even if you can spam some monsters from anywhere by SS, NS is always crucial to a head start. But anyways the archetype is finished and I may consider adding another monster or S/T but I thank you for the critique. :D
