Lunar Origins
Level-Up Magic!? [ Spell ] Target 1 "LV" monster on the field: Banish 1 "LV" monster listed in that card's text from your Deck, then draw 1 card. During your next Standby Phase: Special Summon the monster banished by this card's effect (ignoring Summoning conditions), and if your opponent removed the card from the field targeted by this card's effect OR you do not control 2 or more monsters with the same name: Draw 1 card. Lunar Origins
The deck really needs draw power, imo. As it is right now, it's waaay too weak and relies on crappy low-level monsters. Giving it access to higher levels monsters (who, unlike lots of things these days, lack protections) while also allowing draw power that can, in fact, be counterplayed against, is really needed in this deck. Blake
Too much draw powersuch reviewmuch helpfulwowIt's actually not too much draw power, it just doesn't seem fair that you get the second draw if you level up, say, Horus Lv. 6 by its own effect after using this.Just say if the targeted monster is removed from the field by your opp before the banished card is SSd. Slinky
You're banishing from the deck AND drawing a card. This part is fine. Its the additional draw that isn't. The card is a +2 in itself.

If it's if removed by opp it's fine that the extra draw guarantees some advantage.

They kill horus level 4 You summon level 6 and draw 1 because level 4 was killed. That wording seems to imply this as it is a little wonky. "Already said change it to Opp removal only in my first post, and i acknowledged the Horus interaction you described. What are you even getting at, now?
