jabber2033
So with Dragon Rulers no longer a thing, is this even worth running these days?

Althemia
So with Dragon Rulers no longer a thingHieratic Rulers are one of the best decks still. j/sAnd nah, you would rather devote to killing deck cores than playing this. Stuff like LIM will take priority over this for now because not enough decks banish to protect themselves.
Delibirb
Side in against Bujins?
Loyalist
Brilliant side deck card but not as relevant this format. Might still keep 1 or 2 in the side for my decks that aren't hurt by it.
ihop
>D-Rulers No Longer a Thing wha? Have you even seen Hieratic Rulers? Heiratic Rulers don't lose anywhere near as hard to IIW as plain Rulers do. I wouldn't say it's worth running.

I didn't say a thing about IIW, did I? I'm just pointing out that Hieratic Rulers are most definitely a thing, so rulers are still around.
ihop
I didn't say a thing about IIW, did I? I'm just pointing out that Hieratic Rulers are most definitely a thing, so rulers are still around. But Dragon Rulers as a deck on its own are no longer a thing. Therefore I assume you're either being picky or you think IIW is good against them.
evilfusion
Ideally, in my opinion, techs against meta Decks should be able to be consistently useful. If a Deck isn't reliant on banish (and very few Decks really are), this card is useless or a minor hinderance at best. Unlike Vanity's Emptiness or Mistake, or whatever else is teched, this won't actively shut down people's plays.
Premier Alexander Romanov
I've actually been wondering something about this card. What happens if your opponent has Macro Cosmos when you activate this?

Wildflame
Not really. I mean, it stops a bunch of Prophecy and Bujin shenanigans, but that's about it. And other cards do the job better while hitting more decks.
evilfusion
And if your opponent activates Macro after this? Imperial Iron Wall still overrides Macro. The difference is that Wall says "you can't do X". You're thinking of cards like DNA Surgery/etc which change the game state in the SAME way, but a different result (changing Type/Attribute). In those cases, the most recent card activated wins.
