When the equipped monster declares an attack: Target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; destroy that target. Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards in response to this effect’s activation. So it was nerfed to only be able to be equipped to a Utopia monster, discuss?
