Judging by the title and how powerful the card is, I'm not sure if you're actually wanting to improve this card to make it... well... not as crazy as it is. Though, if you do, it's a bit obvious. You know, drop the ATK, weaken the first two effects, all that jazz. And if you are actually doing that, make sure you don't make it weaker to or too similar to Gauntlet Launcher.
