You can banish 1 monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 banished Level 4 or lower monster, except the banished monster. That monster's effect(s) is negated. You can only activate the effect of "Mistress of the Banished" once per turn.

 

It's been a while since I've done any cardmaking. I figured I'd start revamping/editing old cards I've made in the past. This one is from 2011 when I was Mr. Striker (yes, I used this name before >>) Well, I just hope you like it. Anyway, CnC is always appreciated.

well-designed R4 shenanigan, it cannot be abused so much except the fact that it can recycle Eclipse, as well as triggering the other copy in Grave, and being a chaos food, so Decks like LS or Chaos Dragon would love this.

Thanks Someone for your review. I knew I had to change the effect considering the 2011 version was something like this:

 

Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster from your Deck; Special Summon 1 banished Level 4 or lower monster, except the banished monster. During your End Phase: Return the Special Summoned monster to your Deck.

Very efficient, very simple. I suddenly ask myself why something like this hasn't been released yet... probably because is quite a fast card that can trigger so many different situation. This would become the Lumina of banish-focused decks, and not only, and probably it would be always played in x3. Ok yes it's useful, but i wouldn't like something like this to be released because it would increase the "platitude ratio" of the game. I prefer cards that make the game acrobatic
