Trenterprise
There is no way somebody who has two level 10 monsters would Xyz summon this monster. Its effect and ATK/DEF stats make it weaker than any level 10 monster I know.

Neutrality Man
...This is absurdly weak for a Rank 10. The 5 real Rank 10s are:
3 Level 10 monstersAt the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can attach that monster to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. Once per turn: You can inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each Xyz Material attached to this card. If this card has "Number 9: Dyson Sphere" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.● Once per turn: You can detach any number of Xyz Materials from this card; inflict 800 damage to your opponent for each Xyz Material detached.

4 Level 10 monstersCannot be destroyed by battle. When a monster you control inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You gain Life Points equal to the damage they took. If this card has "Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.● Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent currently controls, until the end of this turn. This activation and effect cannot be negated.

2 Level 10 monstersYou can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. You can only use the effect of "Skypalace Gangaridai" once per turn. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

2 Level 10 monstersOnce per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; inflict 2000 damage to your opponent.

3 Level 10 monstersOnce per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy allSpell and Trap Cards your opponent controls. Your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards in response to this effect's activation.
Also, the card is written VERY poorly. It looks like it is this effect, but I can't be completely sure. 2 Level 10 Monsters Once per turn: during your End Phase; increase the DEF of all face-up defense-position monsters you control by 500. So really, every time someone can make this card, it's better to just go for Gustav or Skypalace. It would be better off as a Rank 2 or 3.

Confirm Level Maker
This is just downright terrible, unless you have some card that passes turns, which exists in Yu-Gi-Oh! The 2nd Series Anime... In fact, Xyz-summoning for THIS, would be a waste of time.
