ok, Here is some cards

 

Attire Nova - Envoy of the Mind

[Pyro/Light/7/3000/2000]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Light- and 3 Dark-type monsters from play. When this card is summoned, discard, from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard, any number of cards. For every card discarded by this effect, your opponent skips that many Draw phases.

 

Double Envoy

[spell/Quickplay]

Select 1 Envoy Monster, then special summon an Envoy Token, All of that token's Stats and name, Except effects, Is treated as the selected monster, and is treated as it is in the graveyard (remains on the field though)

 

Trap Envoy

[Machine/Dark/4/3000/0]

Flip: this card is switched into Attack position, then return all Trap cards in your graveyard to your hand, if this card is flipped face-up other than flip summon, take 1000 Damage, When this card Attacks or is Attacked, your opponent draws 2 cards

 

Time Magician - Envoy of the Stall

[Divine-Beast/Dark/12/0/0]

this card cannot be special summoned except by removing from play either 3 dark monsters and 2 light monsters or 3 light monsters and 2 dark monsters, when this card is summoned, remove from play all cards on the field and in both players hand except this card, as long as this card remains on the field neither player can draw during thier draw phase.

 

Envoy of Time

[Machine/Dark/Fusion/12/5500/4800]

4 "Envoy" monsters

 

This card can only be special summoned by sending the fusion material monsters from the deck to the Graveyard when you have 2 "Envoy" monsters in your hand, OR Sending the fusion material monsters from the graveyard to the deck (You do not use Polymerization for either method) While this card is face-up on the field, Skip all Draw Phases, During your Draw Phase, you can destroy this monster, When this monster is sent from the field to the graveyard, Both players draw cards equal to the amount of draw phases skipped by this effect + 2

 

Envoy of Chaos

{Machine/Dark/Chaos/12/Infinity/Infinity}

This Card Cannot Be Normal Summoned or set, This Card Cannot Be Special Summoned, Except By Removing 5 Light and 5 Dark Monsters in the graveyard and by Tributing 3 Monsters, When This Card is Special Summoned, Your Opponent's Draw Phases are Permanently skipped, While this card is on the field during your standby phase, your opponent Draws 2 cards, This Card cannot Inflict Damage, and is not affected by your opponent's card effects, when This Card is Removed from the field from any means, Send all cards in your opponent's deck, Hand and side of the Field to the graveyard, then Special summon 3 Monsters from your Hand, Deck or Graveyard, Ignoring the summoning conditions, and shuffle your deck.
