OGS here, bringing you my first ever YuGiOh! archetype, the Cyber Beasts!" Dun Dun Duuuuuuun So, yeah. Basically, the set is based on swarming the field and winning through card effects, as well as having Xyz support. I know it's not perfect, and you can give me CnC as you please. By the way, I will accept reasonable card suggestions, as this set is not totally 100% complete yet. So, going with what I have so far... Monsters: Cyber Beast Anglerfish Level 3/Water Machine 1600/900 Lore: When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Cyborg Animal" monster from your hand or Deck. Cyber Beast Chameleon Level 1/Earth Machine 300/200 Lore: Your opponent cannot select another face-up "Cyborg Animal" monster on the field as an attack target, or target them with card effects. Cyber Beast Hornet Level 1/Earth Machine 0/0 Lore: FLIP: Select 1 card your opponent controls: Romove it and this card from play. Cyber Beast Panther Level 4/Earth Machine 1700/600 Lore: Once per turn: You can increase or decrease this monster's Level by 1, until the End Phase. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon. Cyber Beast Scorpion (a.k.a one of my favorite cards in this set. : ) Level 3/Earth Machine 700/0 Lore: This card can attack your opponent directly. During a Battle Phase, when this card deals direct damage to your opponent, you can place 1 "Bullet Counter" (max. 5) on this card. When this card is sent to the Greaveyard (either by battle or by a card effect), all players take Battle Damage equal to 700x the number of Counters on this card. Cyber Beast Wolf Level 4/Earth Machine 1900/1000 Lore: They were built in a robotics laboratory for use in warfare, but the project was terminated after continuous budget cuts. Now, it roams the mountains, waiting for its creators to return… Spells: Cyber Beast Jungle Field Spell Lore: All "Cyborg Animal" monsters you control gain 300 ATK and DEF. When a "Cyborg Animal" monster you control deals battle damage to your opponent, you can add one "Cyborg Animal" monster from your Deck to your hand. Cyber Beast Swarm Regular Spell Lore: You can pay 2000 Life Points to Special Summon up to 3 "Cyborg Animal" monsters from your Graveyard. Well, that's about it. Aix Posted February 17, 2014 Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 I assume by "Cyborg Animal" in the lore, you mean "Cyber Animal"? Anyway, they are basically just a bunch of random monsters that share a name. Archetypes are supposed to share a theme in their effects and work towards a single deck goal. For example, Lightsworns mill in order to put 4 Lightsworns into the Graveyard for Judgment Dragon and stuff like that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
