Overlooked Plant Support. Volume 1

Equip this card to a Plant-Type monster you control. It gains 500 ATK. If this card is destroyed by a card effect while equipped, you canSpecial Summon 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard.

Call of the Haunted for Plants mostly. Resembles Kunai with chain, except it SS's instead of nuking. Really nice card imo.

Each time a Plant-Type monster(s) is Summoned, place 1 Plant Counter on this card (max. 5). You can send this card to the Graveyardto inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each Plant Counter on it.

Seems dead at first, but it counts all summons. So those counters will start piling up quick. and 2500 damage is pretty damn huge for something so simple to accomplish.

The first is totally reliant on your opponent playing MST like a total moron to be CotH. Or maybe not so stupidly if they have that much S/T removal. The second makes it harder to get a good position (because it is a card and thus is not one of your other more helpful cards) that isn't going to make a difference unless you were already capable of getting into a good position. And then, you can hit your opponent for 1000-2000 damage.

Plant Food Chain's 500 boost is not usually relevant because Plants are easy to turn into other, stronger monsters. For the revival, Call of the Haunted is more reliable and Miracle Fertilizer is faster.

Seed Cannon is good if you can stack it in a single turn, and if you can, you shouldn't need it to make plays.

Plant Food Chain would've been a better card if it were generic or got its revival at any time after activation, if sent to the Grave in anyway. As it is, there aren't enough beefy Plants that you'd really want to use with this card -- and then the revival is far too unreliable for combos to be made.

Seed Cannon utility is limited to OTKs, which I don't like -- but swarming the field does far more damage and can potentially fuel further pushes Cannon cannot -- that and the fact that there aren't as yet any Plants eager to make use of Cannon for looping, as was the case with Mass Driver.
