Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 Tempted to say this card was rushed.I mean, it's more or less just a copy-paste of Kaibaman/Red-Eyes B.Chick/etc. And yet, it's un-needed. Why? Because, as stated before, Cloud Dragon is a card, and already does what this card does and then some. Plus, Galaxy monsters in general can function much more efficiently without this.So really, if you wanted to make this more of a thing, you could add more to it, to make it more of it's own thing, and not so much an inferior version of Cloud Dragon.
