Neutrality Man
The equipped Monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card would be sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 500 LP to place it on top of your Deck. Simple, strong but not too OP since the equipped monsters can still be hit with non-destructive effects, and it can be recycled when it is lost, but only in that timeframe. I was honestly surprised when I found out this card didn't exist.

Oriannis
I am sorry to say this but this card, when equipped to a monster that cannot be destroyed by battle, Would it not become OP?

Bounce the monster, d-prison it, send it to the grave, etc. In addition, this is an Equip spell with no in-borne protection for itself. MST is a staple for a reason. Toffee.
Cost should be a little higher, IMO, as it already gives you a rather large payoff anyway, upon equipping.
BleuConviction
Decks like YUBEL would completely overuse this card so I find it very useful in those decks. This makes it a little odd so I'm not sure how to rate it. All I would say is to change the cost to 1000LP or something in between.
