Premier Alexander Romanov
I know he's not the best 3-material Rank 4 (especially with Deltatellos being a thing), but he's still my favorite Number because he can really get the job done in a pinch, when played at JUST the right moment. Such as negating a Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon's effect, copying said effect, and hitting for game. Or getting rid of C101 using its own effect, and making sure it won't come back ever again. Discuss.
heraldry_lord
He's the favourite Number of about a dozen people afaik, which means there's something about him, or how he was portrayed in the anime, that draws people in. Anyway, Crest is unique in the sense that he needs a partner to do anything most of the time. Zenmaity and Shock Master were his best buds when they were legal, and he saw use in some obscure, convoluted Inzektor FTK in which he copies Gustav Max. Considering his anime effect makes him virtually indestructible, and blows up a card whenever he attacks, I can see why. Also, he's got 3 different forms. AND HIS RANK-UP IS GOLD. Suibon
I see no 'memetic sex god' tags. Am disappointed. Still, would've been a good card if it required 2 L4 material instead of 3 (and adjusted the stats accordingly so Gem-Knight Pearl ain't turned to mush). If it was 2-mat, it'd outclass Genom-Heritage in some ways, even if they lowered its stats to 2400.
玄魔の王
He got overnerfed. Changing what he negates and how he gains effects necessary, but the Sakuretsu effect should have stayed at least.

Changing what he negates and how he gains effects necessary, but the Sakuretsu effect should have stayed at least. True, but it still manages to be rather potent. In fact, I defeated a Battlin' Boxer Deck last night with this guy. Lead Yoke was no match for #69.

Gem-Knight Pearl still feels pretty mushy to me anyway. Only reason for it is Fiendish Chain or Skill Drain. If Skill Drain is on the field then Crazy Box is a superior choice. So yeah, it's just to avoid fiendish chain then... I like Heraldry Crest, although I always found it odd that its effect never uses any of its Xyz Materials, if it could ditch leos and unicorns and aberconways and twin headed eagles before it actually died it might help its utility for the deck it was supposedly made for. As already said its rank up is beastly though.
evilfusion
It doesn't use its own Materials because it STEALS the effects of Xyz Monsters, which in turn, costs its Materials. Costing a Material to copy effects would be an utter pain to make it usable.
