Description:

This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards. When this card is Xyz Summoned by using 2 "Traptrix" monsters as the Xyz Material, you can destroy up to 2 Spell/Trap cards on the field. Once per turn, during either's player turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Special Summon 1 "traptrix" monster from your graveyard. Destroy it during the End Phase

OK, I hope its OK to edit the first post with a new fixed effect bassed on Review I got so far from any other website, so here's the fix

This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards. When this card is Xyz Summoned by using 2 "Traptrix" monsters as the Xyz Material, you can destroy 1 Spell/Trap card on the field, then set 1 "Hole" normal trap card from your graveyard, banish it when it leaves the field. Once per turn: you can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card: Add 1 "traptrix" monster or "Hole" normal trap card from your Deck to your hand.

First of all: Flavor is horrible. Mesmerizing Maneaters- sorry, "Traptrix" are based off of plants or insects. Atra is a spider, Mymerleo is an antlion, Nephentes is a pitcher plant. If you were to add a title to it such as "Traptrix Magician X" or something, then it would make sense.

The eff is a bit meh, considering Traptrixes are more of a control deck with a side of Xyz summoning from Nephentes if you're lucky. The best part of this happens to be the on-summon Mobius, even though it is difficult to do. Considering that you need 3 monsters (Atra + the two Xyz Mats) to do it, I'd say it's pretty good.

The last effect could be better. Yes, it could do with monster recycling, but it would do better with trap recycling. Having it so that it can add a "Hole" trap card to your hand instead of summoning a Traptrix would be a better choice. I don't get why you would summon it during your opponent's turn. I mean, I guess you can summon Atra to respond to something using a trap from your hand, but I don't see why you wouldn't set it if you have no Atra.

Overall, I don't see how Traptrix need this. They need something to recover traps and maintain field advantage, since they're weak and squishy. Being able to banish Atra or a "Hole" normal trap card to temporarily gain their effects would be a good idea. An example of a card Traptrixes would run is in the RC Guide (i think it was called Ikaruga or something).

I'd suggest changing the last eff to adding either a "Hole" Normal Trap Card and making it your turn only.
