Once per turn: You can Normal Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Fish-Type monster from your hand, as an additional Normal Summon. You cannot Special Summon monsters during the turn you activate this effect, except WATER monsters. If this card is in your Graveyard, you can Discard 1 Spell card: Add this card to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Artifishial Fish" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Here's what I'm getting at...
Between Mermaid Shark, Fincess, Silent Angler, and Saber Shark, Fish have quite an amusing engine going for themselves. Mostly from the introduction of Mermaid and Fin, since they enable Saber + Angler plays, among other things. So, more or less, this is just a card that further helps to get the ball rolling, in the sense that Fish are basically an Archetype, but without technically being one(Like Spiders, for example)

Also, yes, the name is spelled that way on purpose, for the whole pun-factor.

I came here expecting an Artifact Fish.dek.  I was disappointed.

 

Regardless, it's funny because I actually began to play Ragna Zero Fish.dek.

Nah, the name is fine and clever.  I also love how unlike other fish, this doesn't just simply work off of being Normal Summoned.  That's always a plus for me.

only thing wrong I I think it should be "in addition to your Normal Summon/Set."
