DarkGreyWing
Ok so maybe the title lied. I don't know if there's a Red-Eye's like this out there. Most likely is XD But I felt like making this one. Due to the fact that Azure-Eyes is focused more on card effects, I focused Scarlet-Eyes on Battle instead. Plus I needed it to have Universal Dragon-Type support as well. 2 level 7 Dragon-type Normal monsters If this card is selected as an attack target: You can detatch 1 card to select 1 Dragon-type Normal monster in your graveyard. This card gains Attack equal to that monster's attack until the End Phase. Dragon-type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle.
Oriannis
The fact that this card takes two Dragon type normal monsters to summon could make this card quite situational but I personally think that the effect is worth it. if Dragon type monsters cannot be destroyed by battle, is damage calculation applied normally? Overall, a pretty decent card. :)
DarkGreyWing
Yep regular damage calculation. And thanks :D
Y0SH1_M4S73R
Overall, this doesn't seem OP compared to the other Rank 7s Konami has made (I'm looking at you, Big Eye...). The only problem I see with the card is that it could do with some grammar fixes. Here's what I came up with. 2 Level 7 Dragon-type Normal monsters Dragon-type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is selected as an attack target, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then select 1 Dragon-type Normal monster in your Graveyard; Until the End Phase, this card gains ATK equal to that monster's ATK. Here are the things I changed with the lore: 1) Put the continuous effect before the activation effect 2) Fixed spelling/capitalization errors (graveyard > Graveyard, level > Level) 3) Fixed terminology errors (detach 1 card > detach 1 Xyz Material; Attack > ATK; If ... : > If ... ,)
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
This has the Decoy Dragon Clause; why would anyone want to attack this if they know what's going to happen? By having a mere 2k ATK, it adversely affects your damage output, and makes it easier for your opponent to put a monster with good enough stats to prevent this from attacking directly than with Red-Eyes or Seiyaryu. The immunity to battle destruction that this grants redeems this card a little, since your opponent would be forced to use card effects to take this out. But when you can do the same with a Marshmallon, it looks a lot less impressive (then again, Marshy doesn't give this to your other monsters, but it should hardly matter as this effect paints a big red target on this card). Maybe you can let the ATK-boost work on any of your Dragons instead, and give this a second effect, like how Azure can SS a Normal Dragon. I want to say something focused on destruction, but that prompts for that effect to be compared to Dracossack's destructive effect.
DiabloMask
I like it :) it looks interesting. Though, the effect only helps you protect your dragons, it's a totally defensive card, because your opponent won't attack unless he has a plan to counter attack. I suggest you edit the effect a little, for example: "Dragon-type monsters you control cannot be destroyed in battle. Once per turn during your main phase, you can detach 1 xyz material from this card, banish 1 normal dragon-type monster in your graveyard, this card's ATK increases by an amount equal to half the banished monster's ATK until the end phase." The point is, the first effect that prevents your dragons from being destroyed is already a good defense. So you should consider making the second effect more offensive. And btw, I think you should make its ATK/2400 and DEF/2000, because there's no point in switching them, unless you wanted it to be a defensive card from the beginning.
