During your Standby Phase: You must call a judge over and show them your paperwork so that they know for sure that this is your copy of "Number S39: Utopia One" and you have not traded for it or bought it from a friend. If you cannot, this card is destroyed. I dunno, guys. The card is no harder to summon than Ray, and honestly I feel it's activation condition is what Ray's should have been in the OCG (have X000 less life than the opponent, not have 1000 or less period), but they overnerfed it. Okay, I get why burning for full ATK is stupid, but 300? Really? 1000 would have been fine, it'sd what V-Salamander does anyway. And it has to destroy them, so 101 laughs at this.
