The first effect is really more or less a nod to the "specific Field Spell searcher" monsters, who when combined with the Field they search, will have 2100 ATK. I didn't specify that you had to search Otherworld (mainly because Otherworld sucks so much), but right now it's the only target for that effect. Don't dwell too hard on this effect, since it's just mostly flavor. The second effect is just some way to fling A-Counters onto the field without relying on Kid's requirement, and can place them on your turn.

 

So, yeah, rate, hate, and make better Alien monsters than this for your own topics.
