NoshpalStefan
This card can only be activated during your Main Phase 1. Banish all cards in your hand, Graveyard, and face up on your side of the field; Special Summon two monsters from your Deck to your side of the field in face-up attack position. Their ATK is doubled until the End Phase; also, they are unaffected by other card effects this turn. During the End Phase, return them to the bottom of the deck (you choose the order) and take damage equal to the monsters' combined ATK. You cannot normal summon, flip summon, or special summon any other monsters the turn you activate this card. Thoughts? I think a very OP / dangerous card in today's meta, but perhaps the drawback might make it somewhat balanced.

Yes, unless, you know, Gorz / Fader / Tragoedia / Scarecrow / Any Trap that stops / end BPs / other things, in which case, you lose.

NoshpalStefan
You know, even with this sort of mindset, it still doesn't change the fact this card is poorly designed :/ I realize that. Just wanted to experiment if an overpowered effect can somehow be balanced out (something alike Power Bond). In any case, point-taken; Power Bond-type cards, not remotely close to balance.
