When this monster is successfully summoned, destroy all spell and trap cards on the field.Make it to where it just hits the opponent Other card effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. Fair You can only summon 1 "Reigning Monarch" monster per duel. Not needed Long story short, what the above users said (Mugen and other) I would make it to where it must be Tributed with two Tribute Summoned monsters. Fair cost IMO.
