Must be tribute summoned by tributing 2 "Mega Monarch" Monsters, including 1 monster whose original name is "Zaborg the Mega Monarch" while having no cards in your extra deck, and cannot be summoned by other ways. When this monster is successfully summoned, destroy all other monsters on the field. Other card effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation, and other monster effects are negated during the resolution of this effect.
