If a Field Spell Card is face-up on the field, you can Special Summonthis card (from your hand). You can only control 1 "Chronomaly Tula Guardian". Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Chronomaly" monster from yourGraveyard, then target 1 "Chronomaly" monster in your Graveyard with the same Level as the banished monster; Special Summon it. Discuss?
