Panop
A pirate-theme archetype based on abusing their effects with "reckless" cards. More new cards coming soon. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Pirek" monster or 1 "Reckless" Spell/Trap card from your deck to your hand. You can send this face-up card from the field to the Graveyard; Draw 1 card then, discard 1 card. If this card is sent the graveyard by the effect of a "Pirek" card: You can Special Summon this card from your graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Briza, The Pirek Parrot" once per turn. You can tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Pirek" monster from your deck and skip your next Draw Phase. If a card or an effect that would skip a phase is activated: Any phases that would be skipped by a card(s) or an effect(s) that are activated this turn is not skipped, also draw 1 card.
