Cannot be Set, change its battle position or be destroyed by battle. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) if your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters. You can discard two cards; your opponent gains control of this card, also its ATK and DEF becomes 0. In the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated; destroy this card.
Interesting shenanigans that tries to goad your opponent into giving it back to you. However, if it ends up under your opponent's control, they're likely to simply use it for a Tribute/Synchro/Xyz Summon.

So you summon this to -3 yourself and give your opponent Xyz/Synchro fodder that can't be destroyed by battle? The card is better without the last effect even existing.

(Thanks for the OCG fix :) ) See I was gunna leave it so that your opponent could use it for tribute/xyz/synchro to kinda balance out the fact that your opponent now has a card with 0 ATK and you still have a normal summon to use (which, if using the right cards, could be used to swarm) so that if your opponent controls a super mega montser with 94830457 ATK, they can now be taken down... dundunDUUUUUN! i'm very new at this as you can tell ;) i think i'll edit the OCG errors and then the eff so it's detroyed at the end phase.
