Suibon
In C Normal Spell Special Summon 1 Tuner Monster from your Deck. You can only activate 1 "In C” per turn. Post below. 'Tis all.
Airride
It doesn't add to hand, which is good, because we don't need an easily searchable Ammonite/Debris/Diva/Vieler(Lol)/Etc. However, that also makes it have a lot fewer uses, with the sheer abundance of Tuners that need to be Normal Summoned to get an effect. It's still interesting, However. I could see it being used in LS to get Raiden to the field super easily, or Lavals, or Psychics as a 4th-6th E-Tele, Maybe Mecha Phatom Beasts, Karakuri (As if they needed more Spamming), or really anything that wants tuners on the field and doesn't care about Normal SUmmoning them. Very neat card, but also very abusable in stuff I just listed. I might put some sort of a restriction on it - A discard, limiting your summons, something. Darj
I agree with Airride: The card needs a restriction or cost. Otherwise, anything with Tuners will be able to run 2~3 copies of this for deck thinning and speeding up Synchro Summons by saving the Normal Summons for the non-Tuner monsters. You could start with adding a range on the Levels of the Tuners it can Summon. Then perhaps add a lock on Special Summons except on monsters from the Extra Deck, not unlike Masked Chameleon's, to prevent swarms in the turn you use this card. But to be honest, a generic E-Tele doesn't sound like a good idea regardless of the restrictions you put on it.
Suibon
I don't quite get this apprehension. How is this any more problematic than Emergency Teleport?
