Hi ! The archetype is not finished yet, but this is the cards already done :

Water/Mythical ☆4

 

Once per turn: You can look at 1 random card in your opponent's hand, and if it is a Monster Card, you can Special Summon 1 "Mizukami" monster from your Deck with the same Level as that monster.

Once per turn: You can look at 1 random card in your opponent's hand, and if it is a Spell Card, you can add 1 "Mizukami" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Mizukami" monster: You can Add 1 "Mizukami" monster from your Deck to your hand. The Synchro Monster that used this card as a Synchro Material Monster gains 800 ATK.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Mizukami" monsters

Once per turn: You can look at your opponent's hand, then send 1 card from their hand to the Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect), Special Summon 1 "Mizukami" monster from your Graveyard, except "Mizukami Coventina".

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; send 2 "Mizukami" monsters from your hand to the Graveyard to draw 2 cards. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can target up to 2 "Mizukami" monsters in your Graveyard; add them to your hand.

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Materials from this card to increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 500 for each "Mizukami" monsters you control.

Genryu are dragons which these are not. While some water gods (I assume that is what you mean by Mizukami) are dragons, not all of them are and none of them in the pictures appear to be. I'd suggest Fairy-Type instead.

 

Looking at a random card in your opponent's hand is a really situational and luck-based gimmick which I do not recommend.
