EDIT:

Asteria The Stars
Level 5 DARK Spellcaster-type monster, 400 ATK, 2000 DEF.

Once per turn, if this card is in face-up Defense Position: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card or Effect Monster your opponent controls; destroy that target. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, as a result of battle: You can activate 1 Continuous Spell Card from your Deck.

This effect can only be used once per turn. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can Add to the field activate 1 Continuous Spell Card from your Deck 1 continuous spell card.

The little issue I see with this card is the "activate Continuous Spell" effect that triggers if sent to the Graveyard from anywhere. Fire Fists would gleefully mill this to get a Tenki from their Deck, for example.

Otherwise, this card's stats are a tad too low to hold her own on the field. The destruction effect is nice, but it takes some time to get her into Defense Position, and in that time she could get destroyed easily.

maybe add 'if this card is sent to the graveyard, as a result of battle...' so that you have to get it onto the field in order to get that spell card from your deck.  more balanced then? the whole purpose of that stats and it being not that easy to get in face up defense position is so that you are paying the price to get that spell card
