Interesting effect. I like that this ties xyz and synchro together. I think this could become part of the meta. There are 1 or 2 ocg errors, but aside from that, this is a good card. I give it 8/10

That should be slightly better OCG.

 

Anyway, its actually a really nicely balanced card but also potentially very useful at the same time. If your opponent has 2 Rank 4's out with both materials, one of them loses its materials and one of them gets banished. My only possible concern is that Xyz monsters tend to use their materials fairly quickly so it might be a bit situational. The best field to play this against would be Maestroke + Zenmaines or something, though both are losing popularity at the minute.

Doesn't overdo it, and can be a quick way to get rid of the annoying Xyz monsers like #101, Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord, Zenmaines, etc.

Well, probably not Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord...  That would take 8 Xyz Materials.
