LORE:

This card is used to Ritual Summon Black Karma Mirror. You must offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 10 or more as a Tribute from the Feild or the Hand. When this card is Resolved, treat this card as a continuous spell card. This card gains the following Effects:
-If you have a ritual monster returned to the hand: target that ritual monster in your hand; special summon the target.
-if you have a ritual monster in your graveyard:
special summon one ritual monster from your graveyard.

I honestly don't think you being able to drop a 5000 ATK beater is very realistic. Not only that I find that your ritual spell has errors in its OCG (official card grammar) and a possibly broken effect. Either you posted this in the wrong section or you need to tone down the effects, a lot to be honest, imo.

To put it into words, as confusing as the effect is, I think you're trying to say Once per turn, you can special summon 1 ritual monster from your graveyard. Even if you are, this effect is still very much over the top. You don't even have a restriction on what rituals it can special summon. The whole idea of it turning into a continuous spell is pretty confusing as well since, from my point of view, it serves no purpose. So overall I recommend drop his ATK tremendously, take out the continuous card part or make the effect more balanced, and maybe making the monsters summoning conditions exactly 10 if his ATK is still ridiculously high after some changes.

Some newbies are actually lurkers who have acquired wisdom without seeing the need to speak until necessary. Others have acquired their knowledge on card design elsewhere.

FGD may have the same ATK and DEF, but it has a relatively high cost in the form of 5 Dragons (and whatever Fusion card you use to Fusion Summon it). In comparison, this card only needs 2.

Lore correction:

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Black Karma Mirror". You must offer Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels Stars equal 10 or more as a Tribute from the Feild or the Hand. When After this card is resolves, treat this card as a Continuous Spell Card. This card gains the following with these effects:
-If you have When a Ritual Monster you control is returned to the hand: target that Reveal 1 Ritual Monster in your hand with the same name as the returned Ritual Monster; Special Summon it the target.
-if you have a ritual monster in your graveyard Once per turn: You can target 1 special summon one Ritual Monster from in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Ancient Ritual of the Dark Mirror." While this card is on the field, negate all Neither player can Ritual Summons.

Slightly innovative in trying to make a Ritual Spell sit on the field like a Continuous Spell. However, its subsequent effects break it. First one lets you continuously churn out Rituals from the hand just by returning them to the hand (from anywhere. Including the Graveyard.). Second effect is also incredible if you've got enough Ritual Monsters in the Graveyard that have been Ritual Summoned before.

Newbie aside, The summoning conditions on Five-Headed Dragon are far steaper, 5 dragons, and yours are quite simple to be honest. If you really want it to be a 5000 beater I'd suggest adding a steaper cost for the ritual summon and editing and/or toning down the effect of your ritual spell.

PS: its just CnC(constructive criticism) and should be looked at critically as it is my opinion. Also I do have some experience with this game so I'd implore you to consider my advice.

PSS: Looks like Gadjiltron beat me to the point so he basically summed up this message here.
