"Planetary" Archetype is a serie of Dragon-type monsters [9 Synchros, 1 Effect and 1 tuner]. Their Strongest Card (in terms of Attack) is "Planetary Dragon - Pluto" with 3000 ATK. They have Strong effects that resolve when You Synchro Summon them or when they get Banished; That Why "Planetary Chaos - Creation" is the card that they depend on a lot.

 

Trivia

The combined ATK and DEF of "Planetary" Synchro monsters is 3000.

Each Dragon represents a Planet of our Solar System

During your Opponent Standby Phase, you can Banish 1 "Planetary" Synchro monster you control. At the Start of your  Standby Phase of the next turn after a "Planetary" monster was banished by this card: Special Summon that monster (That Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.)

When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 non-tuner Dragon-type monster from your hand. Once per turn, when a "Planetary" monster is Banished, you can Special Summon this card from your graveyard. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon except for the Synchro Summon of "Planetary" Synchro monster.

When a "Planetary" monster is Banished, you can Special Summon this card from your graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Planetary Draggy" Once per turn. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon except for the Synchro Summon of "Planetary" Synchro monster.

When this card is synchro summoned; Negate the Effect of all face-up cards your opponent controls. This card gains 500 ATK each time an effect is activated until the End Phase. During the Standby Phase of the next turn after this card was banished: You gain 1000 Life Points.

I can't imagine how this would work. I mean, i would need to test it on a duel. Anyway, i don't like very fast summoning decks with 0-cost, maybe you need to add some cost. And about you card design, sometimes your lore jumps the lane betwen lore and atk/def, be careful!

Just a minimum fix:
In Mars: "Banish all your opponent's Spell and Trap cards" you need to add from where. I believe you mean "spell and trap cards on the field", didnt you?
And...Pluto is not a planet nowadays, sorry xD

I definitely think there should be some kind of cost. With the normal effect/tuner monsters I think once they get summoned from the graveyard there needs to be a cost via life points or they get banished when they leave the field. Also with one of the Synchros (I forget which one sorry) you cannot target cards in a player's hand. and it's 2nd effect of banishing any card without targeting is ridiculous imo. 

Other than that I like the idea of what you're trying to do, I just think it needs a little more help getting there :)
