Your opponent's card effects cannot prevent you from adding "Spellbook" Spell Cards from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, when you add a "Spellbook" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand; increase this cards Level by 1, until the End Phase.  When you activate a "Spellbook" Spell Card; You can banish 1 other "Spellbook" Spell Card from your Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Pentacles of Prophecy" once per turn. When this card is sent to the Graveyard: Add 1 of the "Spellbook" Spell Cards banished by this effect to your hand, then shuffle the rest of the cards banished by the effect into the Deck.

Part of the effect ONLY exist, because of the currently Limited Rai-Oh?
