Target 1 face-up monster on the field; change that target to face-down Defense Position. During your End Phase: You can shuffle 1 "Shadoll" monster from your Graveyard into your Deck; Set this card in your Spell/Trap zone from your Graveyard. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can take 1 "Shadoll" monster from your Deck, and either Set it on your side of the field or send it to the Graveyard. You cannot Summon monsters during the turn you activate this card's effects, except "Shadoll" monsters.

Effect should be more like:

Not sure what to make of the 'During the End Phase' part, as far as grammar goes, but I cleaned up the rest of it a little bit.
Mostly, not sure why you would want to destroy the monster on your side of the field(unless you wanted that), so I just have it saying that it straight-up sends the monster to the Graveyard and/or Sets it.
