Airride
Hopeful Vision Quick-Play Spell Special Summon 1 Monster from your Extra Deck. It is unaffected by the opponent's card effects, it cannot attack, its effects are negated, and it returns to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. During the Standby Phase after that card returns to the Extra Deck: Special Summon 1 Monster from your deck with the same type and attribute as that monster. Its effects are negated. You can only activate each effect of "Hopeful Vision" once per turn. I have nothing witty to say. Might change to a Normal spell and make the extra summon come at the next Standby Phase. I like it but, you should probably add You can only use "Hopeful Vision" once per turn because of that reason

Progenitor
I agree that I can't tell is this should be a quick play or not. As its worded, as a quick play people would probably just chain it at the op's end phase, it will be sent back, then they get the new monster at their standby free of charge. I don't really see anything wrong with that I guess, and I can't really think of any situations where this could be abused. If it was an normal spell however, you would get your monster on their standby (as worded now), at the risk of being destroyed.
Bringerofcake
Utopia.dek loves this to bits. it doesn't even need monsters to go off anymore, just a quick-play spell to make utopia ray.
