A card that lets you +1 and search "Advanced Ritual Art" and "Herald of Perfection", Ritual Summon it by sending a Level 6 Normal monster from their Deck to the Graveyard, and possibly having up to 5 Fairy-type monsters in their hand on the first turn?  No.  Just... no.

Okay I was making this for a archtype I was working on so if I made it specific would that be OP?

This is just preparation of rites except the ritual spell doesn't need to be in the grave.  That makes this pretty OPed for some ritual monsters, as its not always that easy to dump the ritual spell in the grave, but its incredibly easy to just pay 1000 life.

Maybe make it only search Level 5 and below Ritual Monsters? Cuts out all the good Gishkis, Herald of Perfection, etc., while still making it usable in decks that use low-leveled Rituals like Relinquished.

 

Also, potentially add "You cannot activate a Ritual Spell(s) during the turn you activate this card."
