This card gains 100 ATK for each card in either player's Graveyard. Once per turn, when a card(s) is sent from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Target 1 card on the field; send that target to the Graveyard.

The attack gain isn't that bad, especially late game.  The second effect is a little lackluster however, as any deck that doesn't need to send cards from the deck to the grave to make plays just won't send the cards.  This against lightsworns or shadolls though......that's a whole different beast.

If you use cards like Vampire Lord that force your opponent to send a card from the Deck to the Grave, then you can activate the second effect.  This is especially deadly when combined with Vampire Empire because you can destroy 1 card AND send another one to the Grave on the same turn.
