Tormented
I can complete shit quicker but my point is I hit a block and this wasn't 5mins. I had an issue with a texture that wouldn't want to add any colour whatsoever.
Night
V1 for the atmo V3 is not bad + Nice use of textures + colors + atmosphere - 5min tag lazyboy - pix' Nice sig overall oh, I overestimated you so ... anyway, only the result counts I fucking love this kid, Why don't you post more bb? The irony here is that this shit, like most of your tags, is as flat as an Asian girls' chest. And yes, it has indeed been way too fucking long since someone has made that analogy in Showcase. Honestly, depth is the only one of the basics you've always truly struggled with. I'm sure that once you nail that you will have more than likely learned the basics and go on to experience the more fun aspects of the craft. Going forward, you should start producing frequently during this time since you're more than likely going to escalate in skill rather rapidly. It's crucial that you be very meticulous and analytical when it comes to the lighting, depth, atmo, flow, etc. of each piece. As for the piece specifically, pretty much what Cauchy said, this piece is diece, but with that depth it'd be solid. But yeah, keep it up, you're on your way kid. chairman ali
V1 gmv Add some mountains in the background and then you could solve the depth issue. It already looks like you have mountains in there. Just emphasise it more. Don't use this, find something that will fit your tag, but this is what I'm talking about:
Tormented
Yeah it does have mountains, the problem I had was just the fact that a texture I had was making things impossible to work with. But thanks for the help <
chairman ali
Make a new layer, fill it with 50% grey, set it on overlay. Take a soft brush at 30% opacity and start brushing with blacks and white on spaces that you feel should be darker. It'll bring out some of the detail.
