Now, if you can't do that on GIMP, duplicate the text, blur the bottom one a few times, invert it, and set the layer mode to screen. Outer glow for people without Photoshop. :)Also, add a small lens flare in the bottom left corner. I feel it's lacking light. Also, you have got to tell me how you did that background!
