This card is like my older "Reverse - Zero", except I changed the effects to make the card more balanced.

 

Over Infinity

Trap/Normal Trap

 

During either player's Battle Step, when a face-up Attack Position monster you control is battling: You can activate this card from your hand to target your battling monster; negate the attack and equip this card to its target. The equipped monster's ATK becomes 0 (even if this card leaves the field or the monster becomes unaffected by card effects) and it cannot change its battle position. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, you can destroy this card instead.

During your 2nd Standby Phase after this card's activation: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; until the End Phase of this turn, the equipped monster's ATK becomes twice its original ATK and its effects are negated.

 

The card might need OCG fixes or a change in the effect so it's not a broken card.

How are you going to send it to the Graveyard from your hand when it's equipped to a monster? Anyways, card is useless. Why would I be willing to waste my time and deck space on a card that makes me vulnerable to heavy battle damage just in return for a measly beatstick?

 

At least make the ATK gain trigger whenever the card is destroyed. That way, the card is at least somewhat usable.
