Keeping Fit

Since I'm going to ignore that post^ with "americunts," a lady at the gym told me that I could lose more weight walking then jogging, at least doing a little bit of both or with running.

So for advise for a hefty man like myself, should I continue with jogging or do the whole walking/jog or run thing? I'll try to search this up more.

Oh please, why so entitled.

The jog vs walk is pretty tough to judge. Depends entirely on how much distance you make up and in what time. Obviously if you're faster you're burning more but depending on how much you can run in what amount of time should be a good guide.

Or just find a huge fucking staircase. Jogs/Walks with an incline burn so much.

I don't think my body is going to change in any big way whether I want it to or not. I neither gain weight nor build muscle well, and for the past few years I've hovered around 120lbs (I'm 5'6", which still puts me at a healthy bmi, but on the low end).

The only sort of athletic thing I do is just run occasionally, and not even in any consistent or lengthy manner. Just sometimes across campus going to and from classes and such.

Well atm I'm trying to get toned. I'm pretty fit but there is a difference between fit and toned. I don't have a specific thing that I do everyday, I try to go out and do something proactive everyday. When I don't get the chance to play any sports that day I usually do about a 3 mile run.

For example I did about two hours of soccer on Monday and I spent my whole day at the pool yesterday. And today I ran about 3 to 4 miles.

I'm not big on dieting, but naturally during the summer I don't eat as much because Georgia is so fucking hot and I just loose my appetite. My hunger gets replaced by this huge urge to drink like two gallons of water per day.
