This here is my favorite starter in unova and the only grass starter that is my favorite as of now. Well, the attack is pretty balanced out. The sentence after the direct attack is only for that effect and if the opponent has no monster, the direct attack is halve. The rest is normal damage. Image belongs to pikishi.
