When your opponent Summons a monster: You can negate its effects and/or change its battle position. When this card is destroyed by the effect of your opponent's Spell/Trap Card: You can target 1 card on the field: Destroy it.

I loved the art on the original Security Orb. This one's faon as well.

 

This is moderately strong. It's in line with Fiendish Chain, but without the stickiness or the weakness to MST. It's also pretty conditional since it only activates on-Summon and doesn't destroy the monster. It would be fine against setup monsters like Yamato and Summoner Monk, not so much against Megalo and similar large monsters.

Duel Masters is pretty much a testament to bad card design. During the time where cards were ported to English, some of them were edited for better balance.

 

For example, Cyber Brain was a 4-mana Shield Trigger with draw 3. It is known in English as Brain Serum, which drew 1 less card.

Perma-negation and battle position changing, ensuring no attack, is good enough I feel. The MST punishing seems too much.
