Once per turn, you can Tribute a WATER monster: Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your hand or deck with the same Level.

So it'll need an OCG fix but still, I thought this card could be used really interesting in certain decks.

Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 WATER monster; Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your hand or Deck with the same Level as the Tributed monster.

 

The card looks gimmicky by requiring WATERs and FIREs in the deck, but as you say, it could find a place in decks than involve both Attributes, or you could even build a deck around this card.

Yeah, I think you could build a deck around this card, so you can just pump out cards for an XYZ.
Either that or FIRE monsters that get an effect when special summoned so you can chain for mad combos.
