·Toot
*You can discard this card during either Players turn. Each time a monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field; draw 1 card. or *During either player's turn when a monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field; you can discard this card. Then each time a monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field; draw 1 card. Lol if I'm reading this correctly, this is basically Maxx ''C'' unless I used the correct errata in that second effect. If I did, this might only be a good side against something like Artifacts or something. Maxx ''C'' would be a better option either way.
themonkeyspower
it is basically like a Maxx "c" but for when monsters are summoned to your side of the field.
·Toot
Oh damn. I read it as your opponent's side. This will just break Maxx ''C''.
themonkeyspower
So is it op and if it is do you have any suggestion on how it should be altered?
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Maxx "C" is designed to discourage your opponent from going overboard and overextending like crazy. This, on the other hand, rewards you for overextending by removing the main issue that comes with overextending: a lack of a backup plan should your overextending fail. Maybe it is broken, maybe it isn't (it probably is), but it's just bad design since it's rewarding you for going completely offensive in a reckless and thoughtless way. Plus, in spamming Decks, you can get a ton of cards, which could pretty much seal the game just because of the many free draws.
themonkeyspower
i changed the effect, tell me how balanced it would be now.
Dracoswag
You can discard this card during either player's Standby Phase; this turn, when your monster(s) are destroyed by a card effect, draw 1 card. Fixed a couple of grammatical errors. As for the card itself, this card would be very interesting in Yang Zing (Cosmic Dragons) and Fire Kings. This + Supply Unit would allow you to gain advantage very quickly in the right setting, and their are hardly any negative repercussions to using it, whereas Maxx "C" has to appropriately be timed and is reliant on your opponent going reckless with Special Summons. themonkeyspower
I altered the ocg as you posted would you say it would be op and it should be altered or should i leave it be?
Dracoswag
Hm. It could really depend honestly, as is with Supply Unit/Maxx "C" not all decks can take advantage of it's effects (they can surely use its effect to help maintain advantage) so its 'balanced' in that regard. As for the decks that CAN take full advantage of this card (Yang Zing/Fire Kings/Scraps), this card would immediately reward you for any and all of your efforts by giving you more advantage that you would normally receive destroying your own cards in those decks (especially Scraps). My consensus is, under looked decks can use this card to maintain minimal advantage, while others can completely break this card's effect.
