When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or Lower DARK monster from your hand. During your Main Phase: You can Special Summon this Banished card. When this card is Banished; Shuffle 1 of your Banished monsters into your Deck. You can only use 1 "D.D Tyrant Dragon" effect per turn.

any comments ??

It seems to be support for Dragon Rulers. The second effect is incredibly strong--did you ever play when D.D. Scout Plane had its own Deck?--but the third effect limits it so you need to have something else banished or it will just go back to your Deck. It seems balanced.

What did you have in mind for the "Level 5 or lower" restriction? What Level 5 monster would be used with this, Darkflare?

First, thanks for your comment.. :)

and the "Level 5 or lower" restriction is just to perform a an Xyz or a Sycnhro Summon

could you improve it to something better?

If you don't limit it to one effect, once per turn, its drawback disappears because it won't shuffle back into the Deck. You can just Tribute it to Cannon Soldier, banish it with Banisher of the Radiance, and bring it back with its own effect over and over again. Or do something with Fusion Gate.

well, nice strategy, and that's the point... We should sometimes limit our fan-made cards effects in order to create new strategies :)
